One address for all our games. Find a quick answer below, or write to us.
Purchases
I bought the full game. How do I get it on a new device?
Sign in to the store with the account you bought with, open the full-game screen in the game and tap the restore button.
The purchase didn’t go through, or I was charged twice.
Purchases and refunds are handled by the store, so we never see your card. Ask the App Store or Google Play for a refund, and write to us if the game still doesn’t open.
Progress
Will my progress move to a new device?
When you’re signed in to iCloud (Apple) or Google Play Games (Android), your progress is saved to the cloud and comes back on a new device. If you don’t sign in, progress stays on the device it was made on. The web version keeps it in your browser.
How do I start over?
Open Settings and use Reset progress; the game asks you to tap again to confirm. This erases your progress on this device. Your purchase is tied to your store account, so you can restore it afterwards.
Privacy
What do you collect, and how do I turn it off?
Only anonymous gameplay events, like which level was played and whether it was won, so we can fix levels that are too hard. No names, emails, locations or advertising ids, and no third-party trackers. You can turn it off any time in Settings. Each game has its own privacy policy, linked inside the game and on its store page; this page covers the website.
Families
Are your games OK for kids?
There are no ads, and nothing to buy except the one purchase that opens the full game. In AstroVelo, signing in with Google and quick matches against strangers are for ages 13 and up: the game asks for a year of birth first, and players under 13 don’t get them. Races with a friend by code stay open. The “More games by us” screen asks a grown-up before any link leaves the game.
Devices
Can I play with a TV remote or a controller?
Yes. Our games work with touch, a TV remote (arrows, OK, Back), a game controller and a keyboard. On a TV, Starcutter can also use your phones as controllers.
