1. About these terms

These terms apply to every game and app by A2Z Venus Studio ("we", "us"), a small independent studio in Israel. Each game also has its own privacy policy, linked inside the game and on its store page.

By ticking the box and choosing Continue, or by playing, you agree to these terms and to the game’s privacy policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t play.

If you are under the age of majority where you live (18 in most countries), a parent or guardian must read these terms and accept them for you, and is responsible for how you use the games, including purchases made on their devices and accounts. Some online features are only for players aged 13 and over.

2. Your licence to play

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to play the game for your own non-commercial use, on devices you own or control, under the rules of the store you got it from. The game is licensed to you, not sold.

We and our licensors keep all rights in the games, including their code, art, music, names and logos. You may not copy, sell, rent, modify or reverse engineer a game, remove its notices or use it to train artificial intelligence models, except where the law allows it anyway.

You are welcome to stream our games and post videos and screenshots of them, including on monetised channels.

3. Purchases and virtual items

Purchases (the full game, in-app items) are handled by the store you buy through, such as Google Play, the App Store, the LG Content Store, Steam or itch.io, under its terms. Purchases are final, except where the store’s refund policy or the law of your country says otherwise.

Coins and other in-game currency, items, upgrades and characters have no real-world money value, are not your property, and cannot be sold, exchanged for money or transferred outside the game. We may change how they work and rebalance them. We will not take away something you paid real money for without a good reason, such as cheating or a refund. Deleting the game or its data, Reset progress or deleting an account removes them for good. If we end a game or an online service, we don’t owe refunds or compensation for items, except where the law requires it.

4. Playing fair

In games with online features (races, matches, leaderboards, player names) you agree not to cheat, use bots, hacks or modified clients, exploit bugs, attack or overload our servers, harass or threaten anyone, impersonate others, or use offensive or personal information in names or messages.

We may remove names and content, reset scores, and suspend or end your access to online features if you break these rules. Other players are real people: we are not responsible for what they do, but please report a problem to us and we will act on it.

You keep ownership of what you create in a game (such as player names, levels or messages), and you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, show and use it to run and promote our games.

5. The games can change

We may update a game, change or remove features, and pause or end online services. Before we permanently close an online service we will try to give reasonable notice in the game or on its store page.

Progress saved on your device can be lost if you delete the game, clear its data or change devices. Cloud saves are offered on a best-effort basis.

6. Health and safety

Take regular breaks and play in a safe place, aware of what is around you.

Our games avoid flashing effects, but a very small number of people can have seizures triggered by light patterns or images on screens, even with no history of epilepsy. If you or your child feel dizziness, changed vision, eye or muscle twitching, disorientation or any involuntary movement, stop playing at once and see a doctor.

7. No warranty

The games are provided "as is" and "as available". As far as the law allows, we make no promises beyond those in these terms, and we disclaim all implied warranties, such as merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. In particular, we do not promise that a game will be free of bugs, run without interruption, work on every device, or that progress and online services will always be available.

This does not affect the warranties and rights that the law of your country gives you and that cannot be excluded.

8. Limits on our liability

As far as the law allows: (a) we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, such as lost data or progress, lost profits or lost time; and (b) our total liability to you for all claims about a game is limited to the greater of USD 50 or the amount you paid for that game and its items in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for gross negligence, fraud or wilful misconduct, or your mandatory rights as a consumer.

If you break these terms on purpose or through negligence and someone makes a claim against us because of it, you will cover our reasonable losses and costs from that claim, as far as the law allows.

9. Ending

You can stop at any time by deleting the game and, where a game has an account, deleting the account from its Settings. We may suspend or end your access to online features if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms. Sections 2, 7, 8 and 11 keep applying after that.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When a change matters, the game will show the new terms and ask you to accept them before you continue. Small changes, like fixing a typo, apply when we post them. The version and date are at the top of this page.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts in Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel, have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer living in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of that country and may also bring a claim in your local courts. Please write to us first: most problems are solved quickly by email.

12. If you got the game from Apple

Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to games from the App Store. You and we, not Apple, are responsible for the game, its maintenance and support, and any claims about it, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance and intellectual property claims. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support and, as far as the law allows, no other warranty obligation for the game. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

You confirm that you are not located in a country under a U.S. Government embargo or on a U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
